Kyle Shepard
Kyle Shepard is a graduate of OM yoga Center's teacher training, Leslie Kaminoff's Yoga Anatomy and Applications of Breath Centered Yoga Therapy, Judith Lasater's Relax and Renew Restorative Teacher Training, and holds an undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from Brown University. As Kyle strongly believes that yoga needs to be individualized for the student, his class draws on several different traditions and styles. Every class is designed to develop strength and flexibility in the physical body and to cultivate a space for self-awareness.
Christine Sandifer
Christine Sandifer received her certification from OM Yoga Center’s teacher training in 2005. She has been teaching at OM in New York City since 2006 and assisting director Cyndi Lee in retreats and workshops around the country. Christine was certified with Janice Clarfield in 2007 for prenatal yoga and has advanced training in anatomy, as well as certification in Thai Yoga Massage. Christine also teaches yoga with The Garrison Insitute's Transforming Trauma Initiative. Christine is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Acupuncture at the Tri-state College of Acupuncture in Manhattan.
Kimberly Russell
Kimberly Russell is an internationally certified yoga instructor who has studied and taught in New York, Spain and in Southern India. She has a Masters in Health and Healing and additional certifications in yoga therapy, ayurveda and acupressure. Her teaching style emphasizes a mindfulness in motion that focuses on strengthening and calming both mind and body. Kimberly is also a certified nutrition counselor and a former teacher with the NYCDOE.
